Do I need a gym membership?

No, our training plans can be tailored for both home and gym workouts.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes! We work with people at all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.

Will I have to give up my favourite foods/treats? Will I have to Count my Calories?

Is it a pre-requisite to attend the Nutrition & Mindset Coaching course?

For the weight loss coaching programmes; Yes. These workshops will provide essential insights into mindset coaching, food comprehension, body composition, digestion mechanics, hormonal influences, exercise strategies, and much, much, more.

How often do these Coaching Courses run? When and where are they delivered?

All coaching courses are delivered as Live Webinars on Zoom so you can join from anywhere in the world.

They are usually held on Sunday evenings UK time.

They run every few months.

Each session usually lasts around 2.5 hours.

During the course, if you are participating as a member of a cohort, no participants will be able to see each other, but can hear each other as the sessions will be interactive.

The course is conducted by the Lead Coach; Ashiqali.

Do I have to follow a Meal plan?

No, this is what makes us truly unique. Let’s be honest, meal plans are fine for a couple of weeks, and then we don’t adhere to them. Instead, the program is designed to fit into YOUR life, not the other way around.

There is;

NO time-wasting phone app involved.

NO macro tracking.

NO weighing your food.

NO Calorie counting.

Will I have to give up my favorite foods/drinks?

No. No fun in that! Of course, we will guide you to become healthier. However, we will teach you all the tools and strategies to ensure you can enjoy your favourite food whilst watching the weight fly off ! Don’t believe it?.... Just ask ANY of our clients.

Can I join this programme from anywhere?

Yes, we have clients from Canada to Australia. It is fully remote and fully online.

Is this programme available for Ladies and Gents?

Yes.

Is there a minimum age to subscribe to the programme?

Yes, 18 years old.

Is there a minimum duration to being on the programme?

Do you offer anonymity?

Yes. We take privacy and anonymity extremely seriously with all of our clients.

What happens once I reach my ideal weight & physique?

Once you’ve graduated from the Transformation programme, we will put you on a 2-month maintenance programme which is charged at a nominal fee. This is to prove that you are independently and autonomously, maintaining your weight, physique and well-being as expected by continuing to implement the strategies and practices learnt during the Transformation phase.
