The Health & Physique Transformation programme starts from a minimum three-month commitment, and all other programmes are priced based on what's right for your situation. Phase 3 is where it all comes to life, working one-to-one with your coach, you are held fully accountable across both your nutrition and training, with real-time adjustments and consistent check-ins keeping you on track.
Finally, Phase 4 shifts the focus to Refine & Elevate, building strength, muscle, and long-term performance through progressive overload and structured recovery.

For the weight loss coaching programmes, yes. These workshops provide essential insights into mindset coaching, food comprehension, body composition, digestion mechanics, hormonal influences, and exercise strategies. You will gain the knowledge and skills to make informed choices, foster a positive mindset, and optimise your overall health throughout your journey.
All coaching courses are delivered as live webinars on Zoom so you can join from anywhere in the world. They are usually held on Sunday evenings UK time, run every few months, and each session lasts around 2.5 hours. The course is conducted by Lead Coach Ashiqali.
No — this is what makes us truly unique. Meal plans are fine for a couple of weeks, and then most people stop adhering to them. Instead, the programme is designed to fit into your life, not the other way around. No time-wasting phone apps, no macro tracking, no weighing your food, no calorie counting.

Yes. We take privacy and anonymity extremely seriously with all of our clients.
Once you have graduated from the Transformation programme, we will put you on a 2-month maintenance programme at a nominal fee. This is to confirm that you are independently and autonomously maintaining your weight, physique and wellbeing by continuing to implement the strategies learned during the Transformation phase.
Absolutely. If you find any service that offers what we do at a lower price, we don't just price mactch, we will beat it !
Yes. We offer reduced rates for eligible cases. We will need to see proof of eligibility and once verified, the appropriate discount will be applied to your plan.
